Regional Manager and COO
Patty is the Regional Manager and COO of AccuVISION. She is ABO certified and has been with the company since 1988. She takes continuing education classes yearly. With 35 years of experience, she contributes valuable insight to the industry. Her skills are Leadership, Customer service, Team Building, Sales, Inventory management, Healthcare Management strategy, Professionalism, and work ethics.
Patty enjoys spending time with her family, vacationing in Greece, and being involved with her Church.
"As a mother of three, grandmother, and manages a cross-functional team of over 40 in 5 locations (Lindenhurst, Round Lake, Gurnee, Wauconda, and Mundelein), I understand the many demands placed on today's woman. Jennifer S.
Assistant Manager
Jennifer is the assistant manager at the Lindenhurst Office. She graduated from Carthage College in 2018 with a degree in Biology and Neuroscience. She has been working for the company since 2012. At the office, she enjoys assisting the doctor with medical testing and helping her patients with their eye care needs. Her dedication extends to educating patients on proactive eye health management, such as dry eye syndrome (DES), also known as keratoconjunctivitis sicca (KCS) or dry eye disease (DED).
Jennifer loves traveling the world and being a mom to her son, Nicholas.
Paloma G.
Office Manager
Paloma is the office manager for our Lindenhurst location. She started working for us in 2003 and managed our Chicago office until we sold it in 2019. Paloma brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in Eyecare to her role as a Manager for AccuVISION. Known for her precision, thoroughness, and ever-present smile, she quickly earns the admiration of patients. Her dedication and commitment throughout the years are evident in her professionalism and care for our patients, staff, and peers.
Paloma is the mother of three young men, all of whom have worked for AccuVISION. Her youngest is currently the staff manager at our Round Lake Beach location. She's an avid swimmer, enjoys learning about world history, and values time with family and friends.
David M.
Assistant Manager
David is an experienced Assistant Manager with AccuVISION, boasting nine years of dedicated service to the company. With a strong background in the optical industry and a passion for customer service. David consistently goes above and beyond to ensure clients have a positive experience. His expertise and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to the AccuVISION Team.
David also enjoys working on cars and traveling with his wife and adorable doggy.
Dana
Office Manager
Dana is a well-known and trusted optician with over 40 years of experience in the optical industry. She joined AccuVISION 10 years ago and is our Office manager in Wauconda. She strives to educate our patients on the best options for their optical and fashion needs. With a vast knowledge of VSP and EyeMed insurance, Dana can clearly explain your coverage and suggest the best way to utilize it. She enjoys a challenge and excels at troubleshooting and adjustments. Dana takes pride in being a manager, sets the standard for providing superior care to each of our patients, and thrives in managing the office with care. Office Manager
Kim has been a dedicated employee of AccuVISION since 1998 and was awarded her ABO certification while attending many Opticianry courses at Vision Expo West. She has had a large patient following over the years, as she is very customer service-oriented. She is passionate about helping patients live better by aiding them with their vision needs. If you can work with Kim, be ready for top-notch, tailored service. Her goal for each patient is to provide the most beneficial optical solution so the patient leaves confident and comfortable with their purchase.
When not at work, she enjoys traveling to Las Vegas to visit family and camping in Wisconsin. She is also an avid shopper-you just may run into her on her days off at TJ Maxx or Marshalls!

Assistant Manager
Experienced Optical Assistant Manager with 10+ years of experience in the optical industry. Skilled in providing excellent customer service and building relationships with clients. Highly organized Optical Assistant Manager with strong attention to detail and practical communication skills. I love what I do! I'm confident that I have a strong knowledge of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and contact lenses, assisting my patients in selecting appropriate eyewear based on prescription and lifestyle needs. I love to spend time with my family and friends and travel on my time off. There's nothing like a Lil TLC.
Nestor P.
Office Manager
Nestor has been with AccuVISION as an office manager since 2012. He has been in the industry for over 30 years. Starting as a lab technician in 1994, Nestor has received certification as a master lab technician and has been a regional lab director. He helps support and maintain the labs and lab equipment for AccuVISION. Managing the Round Lake Beach location, Nestor has helped train the next generation of knowledgeable opticians to serve the community. He has received extensive training and education in optical technology and innovation throughout his many years. One of Nestor’s favorite attributes in the optical business is finding eyewear solutions for patients with unique needs that other optical offices may be unable to offer, whether specific hobby needs or specific optical needs.

Kristy F.
Supervisor
Kristy has been with AccuVision for 24 of her 38 years in optics. Kristy has been certified by the ABO. (American Board of Optometry) With her experience in the lab and knowledge of processing glasses, Kristy enjoys helping patients find the best glasses for their needs. She primarily focuses on making sure everyone enjoys their experience choosing their new eyewear.
As part of management, Kristy realizes that her job is made more accessible because of the employees who are part of the team and appreciate what each member's personality and gifts contribute to the practice. This makes her an essential part of our AccuVISION Family.
Born and raised in Illinois, Kristy enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.

With a decade of experience at AccuVision, Gabriel is a compassionate professional dedicated to patient care. Outside work, he cherishes time with friends/family and unwinds riding his motorcycle.
Nedie T.
Office Manager
Neddie's journey started as a long-time patient before joining the AccuVISION family in 1998 as an Optometric Assistant. She started part-time, and after graduating high school with High Honors, she joined us full-time. She has continued attending continuing education classes to stay current with the new technology developing rapidly in the optical field. Previously, she assisted in managing our Round Lake, Wauconda, and Lindenhurst locations as a staff Manager. Today, you can find her managing the office in Mundelein. She has four girls, and her two oldest have also joined AccuVISION. AccuVISION is her 2nd family.
Nedie is the person that will go above and beyond. Rest assured, Nedie will consider all aspects to create the perfect pair of glasses for you, such as your prescription, lifestyle, and wants and needs. She will educate you on the options available so you can make the appropriate decisions on your eyewear. All while making sure that you maximize your savings with your Vision insurance. She has a passion like no other when it comes to making sure you leave her office feeling happy, comfortable, and excited about your new eyewear. Mariel has been with AccuVISION for over ten years. She started in our Gurnee office, and now, after many years of hard work and dedication, she is now the Assistant Manager in our AccuVISION office in Mundelein. With her knowledge and attention to detail, you can feel confident that your glasses are in the best hands. Mariel's favorite hobbies include dancing, exploring new places, and being with her family. She is the second eldest of 6 siblings, and 3 of her sisters work for AccuVISION as well (including her twin).
