Nice open clean and bright office atmosphere with high and positive service top to bottom.
Great Individual customer service from greeting me at the front door, to the eye exam with Dr. John and working with all of their agents was a good experience. The staff of Kim,Jen,Lilly,Jannelle,Haley and more with solid follow up to pick up my new prescription glasses was first class in Gurnee!!!

I stopped in today for a slight adjustment and again was not disappointed by the service. Kim, the office manager took care of me quickly and with a smile. I have done business here for years and am never disappointed by either the prices or the customer service, which really seals the deal. My family and I are always treated like family and I highly recommend this organization to anyone looking for eye wear or having a vision problem.

I went on a Monday it was very busy and under staffed.However,Ana the optician was really great and helpful!She was really insightful regarding my questions since it was my first time getting glasses. Dr. John Ichishita was also great and knowledgeable, it was a plus he was really cute

I wanted to just put a quick note on this website. I have been coming to Accu Vision for a long time and I always receive great information and help from Lilia and all her teammates. They are very helpful and professional. My appointments are always timely. Lilia has helped my son transition from using glasses to using contact lens. Make sure next time you need glasses or contacts you call Lilia or any of the staff at Accu vision in Gurnee

While trying out my new glasses, I couldn't read through the bi-focal s. They gave me a new exam and new bi-focal s. After about a week, I decided I wasn't happy my frames. I felt like Harry Caray. Tanya was so kind and patient and helped me pick out new frames. They only charged me the difference in cost between the two frames. My brother and sister-in-law recommended Accuvision in Gurnee to me and I highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much. You guys rock!

Just wanted to take a few minutes to say that my husband and I have been trying to find a new eye Dr in the area for a while and decided that we would send our daughter first to see how everything went at AccuVISION. With her happiness, we decided to give it a try. With that said, after our appointment with Dr. John Ichishita and our experience with Anna, I can't imagine going anywhere else. The doctors patience and time that he took and his thoroughness was wonderful and Anna's customer service and patience with us was fantastic. They both are true assets to this company and I look forward to my next years check up! Thank you both for being so great!! I will be recommending you to many friends!!

I just wanted to let you know that my visit to this eye doctor may have been one of the best choices I have made in a while. I felt like I was completely taken care of from the time I walked in to the office to the time I walked out. I felt very comfortable with Dr John Ichishita and he was very thorough. Anna was a complete pleasure to work with as well to get us though all of the things that were needed. Very much a group of people to work with people and make us comfortable! I would and will be my recommendation for people to go here!! Thank you everyone!! GREAT job!!

Our experience with Accuvision has always been very pleasant. From the Gurnee Mills location to the new location, our family always get exceptional service. Especially with our recent visit when my daughter broke her glasses. Laura helped us all the way through which made our visit smooth and fast. Laura has great customer service skills and her knowledge of the process is phenomenal. When we came back after a couple of weeks to get my daughter's glasses, she saw us coming and I dont even have to tell her what we were there for cause she remembered us. I highly recommend Accuvision for all your eyewear needs.
